New Rector Candidates

This parish profile reflects who we are, what we seek in a rector, the hope we want to share, and the beginning of a vision we want to develop together with our next rector. If you believe you may be called to prayerfully discern with us through written responses and interviews, we invite you to join us in this holy process. If you know someone you believe might be a good fit for the position based on the information in this profile, please share it with them so they can consider applying for the Rector role.

There are a few simple steps for submitting names as required by the Search Committee, in concert with the Diocese of Dallas:
• Names will be received during the months of October, November, and December 2025
• Please send:
1) your updated OTM Clergy Portfolio (with your responses to all 12 questions)
2) your résumé, and
3) a cover letter addressing why you are interested in Ascension, and why you believe you are a good fit for our profile to the following three people:
