About the Event
Join Catherine Pryor Miller, RYT, on Wednesdays for an hour of Gentle Yoga in the Youth & Outreach Center. Gentle yoga is performed at a slower pace with less intense positions and includes extended time for meditation, yogic breath work, and relaxation.
