"why this is a fantastic ministry": Women enjoy the fellowship with one another and with the Rector while thinking, learning, and supporting one another with prayer and encouragement.

What it involves:

Some preparation is helpful, but is usually light. Opportunities for shared leadership, especially to lead classes when the Rector is absent, and to handle communication for the group are available. Group members are invited to contribute an amount to cover the cost of the book.

Training Provided:
We're learning together! Those called to lead a new group will be given training and encouragement!

Women's Bible Study begins meeting September 14, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Upper Building. Our first book of the Fall will be Robert Schnase's Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations. Meets Mondays, 11 a.m., during the school year, Women of all ages are welcome. We study books of the Bible and books about spiritual issues and the Christian life.
